RO reverse osmosis high-pressure pump is the "heart" of the reverse osmosis unit

Reverse osmosis is the reverse migration movement of osmosis, a separation method in which the solutes in solution are separated from the solvent by selectively retaining the semipermeable membrane under pressure. It effectively removes impurities from water, such as dissolved salts, colloids, bacteria, viruses, bacterial endotoxins and most organic matter. Reverse osmosis membrane elements are selectively permeable to ions in water, so there is an osmotic pressure difference between the concentrated water side of the reverse osmosis and the water side. Thus, external pressure is required to overcome the osmotic pressure difference in order for the RO unit to work properly and meet the design requirements, and the external pressure is provided by the RO reverse osmosis high-pressure pump. Therefore, it can be said that the high-pressure pump is the feeder part of the reverse osmosis device, the "heart" of the reverse osmosis device. The superior performance of the "heart" will determine the reliable operation of the RO unit.

RO reverse osmosis high-pressure pump

、Impeller: hot fit, precision casting, dynamic balance, independent fixed, optional integral impeller throttle ring.

、Double worm shell design: ensure small radial force and improve the life of using mechanical seals and bearings.

, large housing mounting holes: suitable for the use of non-metallic wearing parts without modification.

, RO reverse osmosis high-pressure pump optional interstage tap interface: a pump to provide more A liquid flow.

, integral interstage bushing and baffle: tongue fixing method, the position of the axial tap line set with a reverse pin.

, optimization of NPSH performance: optional double suction impeller with good impeller suction.

, top bolt connection: no need to support heavy hydraulic torque wrench.

、Diverse bearing structures: bearings with ball/roller, ball/sliding bearings, sliding/thrust plate bearings, ball bearings are lubricated with oil baths for retaining rings, while sliding bearings are lubricated with forced thin oil.

, bearing box: 360° circumferential fixing method can reduce the vibration of bearing box. High efficiency fan cooling is standard. The oil lubrication method provides lubrication to prevent "coking" of the lubricant. Pure oil mist or oil spray lubrication is also available.

、Sealing cavity: conform to API682 standard, large space, can be equipped with double mechanical seals, easy to disassemble.

、Integrated throttle bushing: for pressure relief, size change to balance axial force.

, large diameter shaft: stepped shaft for easy assembly, shaft size to meet the dynamic and power transmission requirements of the rotor under the wear gap, optimized design to facilitate hydraulic performance.

, replaceable wear rings: press-fit and fixed axial pins, optional integral impeller mouth ring.

, semi-open intermediate bushings: RO reverse osmosis high-pressure pumps are easy to inspect, remove and replace.

, axially split casing: simplifies the process of balancing, inspection and installation of the rotor, easy to check and modify the flow path of the casing and refurbish the spare rotor; nozzle and lower casing cast as one, so the pump inlet and outlet pipes can be removed during rotor maintenance.
